How long does installation take?
Most residential installations can be completed in a single visit. Larger commercial projects may require a site walkthrough and custom schedule.
Does Ajax work during power outages?
Ajax hubs include backup battery support as well as a cellular backup that can keep the system connected when internet service is unavailable. Please note that cellular backup is an additional cost.
Can I control the system from my phone?
Yes. The Ajax app lets you arm, disarm, view status, receive alerts and manage users remotely as well as much more.
Is there a contract?
Contract requirements depend on the option you choose. Self-monitored systems can be purchased without a contract, while financed systems and professionally monitored plans require an agreement.
Can I expand my system later?
Yes. Ajax systems are modular and can be expanded with additional devices as your needs change.
