SHIPPING

Trident offers free shipping on orders over $100. If the item(s) you wish to order are back ordered, you will be notified when you add that item(s) to your cart. Once you have successfully placed an order you can track it through Purolator.

Items will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is successfully completed.

Canada – All shipping is done through Purolator.

U.S. and International – All U.S. and International shipping is done through Purolator.

Please note that if we are shipping to the U.S. or Internationally—customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs and taxes that may be added.

RETURNS

Email us at info@tridentlocksmiths.ca to make a return request (write return request in the subject line). This request needs to be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Once you have made the request, we will contact you to determine whether it’s an exchange or refund. The product(s) must be sent back within 30 days after we contact you with the original receipt.
